New dry process clinker technological transformation project
The cement industry will eliminate outdated wet kilns and adopt advanced technology to build a clinker production line with a daily output of 2,000 tons. After the transformation, each production line can produce 680,000 tons of high-grade cement annually. The heat consumption of clinker sintering will be reduced from the current 6294 kJ/kg to 3262 kJ/kg, the comprehensive electricity consumption per ton of cement will be reduced to 110 kW/h, and the emission concentration of kiln exhaust gas dust will be reduced to less than 100 mg per standard cubic meter. . The exhaust gas produced by the boiler of a thermal power plant contains a large amount of sulfur dioxide, which causes pollution to the atmosphere. The serious pollution is acid rain. Therefore, thermal power plants must be equipped with desulfurization devices. The old thermal power plants are not equipped with desulfurization devices and all need to be modified. For example, the North China Electric Power Group Corporation Tangshan General Power Plant plans to adopt limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization technology to implement flue gas desulfurization transformation for 300,000 kilowatt units. The flue gas desulfurization device requires a desulfurization fan. Because sulfur dioxide gas is very corrosive, the difficulty of the desulfurization fan lies in the corrosion resistance of the material, and even the impeller needs to be lined with rubber to prevent corrosion. There are many power plants in the country that require desulfurization transformation; with the rapid development of the national economy, many areas have already experienced insufficient power supply, and new power plants must be built, and new power plants must be equipped with desulfurization devices.
